To be successful you should be unstoppable and never give up. You should fight with your problems and fears. Also I think that you should be optimistic and kind. Because if you are in a good mood and you smile, your life will be smile back to you. The next personality trait is generosity. Because if you help people during on your life, you’ll become a happiest person. And if you are happy, you will be successful. But I think the main and important trait is always be yourself. You should let the world see the best in you. And then success will be much closer than you think. Open your heart and show to the world who you are!
In my opinion, if you want to be a successful person you should be patient, because you can meet different people in your life and your opinions and preferences may not match. I think, you should be optimistic and never give up. Many situations can happen in your life and you MUST be ready for it. I guess, that you should be altruistic. All people should help each other, if you do it - you successful. Finally you be bubbly. I think, communications with people and pleasure of spending time exiting, do you happy and successful.
I think persistence is very important quality for success. Even the most successful people had their failures and mistakes. But they didn't gave up because of this quality. For example my brother was one of the most successful musician in the music school. Before that he had some failure concerts. But he didn't gave up worked hard and become successful. Persistence is the necessary quality to reach success

first of all, to be successful you need to love what you do. there is no such thing as “real success” if you are not happy with that. and would you be happy, if you don’t like your job/work/etc? i don’t think so. “love what you do and do what you love” is a really great quote to have success in your life.
second of all, of course you need to work hard. no matter what people say, no one actually has a talent. tbh, there is no “talent” at all. there are a really hard work, years of practicing, hundreds of corrections and thousands of mistakes. do you thinks, that all genius scientists, musicians, artists and other famous and successful people were born this way? i do not either.
third of all, communication. talk with people, share your work, share your thoughts, learn from others, teach others, help and don’t be afraid to ask for help. it’s really important to make contact and to know someone else’s experience.
and the last, but not the least: don’t give up. life will give you challenges. sometimes you’ll be thinking that everyone are against you and there are no support and no way out of this difficult situations. but there always will be. you just need your time to find it. the way you are going will be hard. but you can do anything if you just try this. you are ALWAYS strong and valid enough to deal with it and, finally, find your happiness and become successful. take your time, work as hard as you possible can(but please sleep more then you work) and believe in the best ;)
A formula for success. For some persons it is absolutely independently: obstacles, absents of money, economic system, any other problems - they will achieve success in life in any time. Why? Because! There are some traits they have. What are they? Ambitions! Willpower! A desire to work and persistence! Everybody can achieve success and they do it many times.
