ReplyDeleteWith their help, people express their emotions and feelings. Although graffiti is mainly drawn by teenagers, they are very emotional.
Of course there are bad inscriptions, but mostly graffiti - invigorates and makes you think.
Anastasiay, I absolutely agree with your opinion. Some graffiti can show us our real would or remind us about past or future.
DeleteI agree with you. But I don't think that mostly of graffities are good. Because It's hard to create beautiful painting. I think there are a lot of taggers in the world. Because teenagers are emotional as you said but very few of them have some abilities. It's simple to leave your name without spending any time.
DeleteI agree that graffiti is a real art. Art is a "place" where you can Express your emotions. Perhaps the artist should think about others. When drawing a particular picture, you need to understand that other people will see it. You need to be aware that some people will not like to see dirty words on their house, or it will be unpleasant to look at the terrible pictures painted on the walls of various buildings.
DeleteI think that nowadays graffiti is a kind of art. This medal has two sides. The first one is a good one. Today graffiti cover walls of some old buildings and plants, which make them more beautiful and gorgeous. And you can see something mysterious in these unusual pictures. Another side that in our modern world people draw some ugly and terrifying creatures, which also cover our buildings, someone’s cars and postboxes. So graffiti is a good way to demonstrate your feelings and emotions, but if you do this, do it in a good way.

I see your point, but in my opinion there are advantages and disadvantages of graffiti.
DeleteIf graffiti has sense (effectively draws attention to social or political problems), so i can say that graffiti is kind of art. It's cool if graffiti is beautiful and creative , if it is on empty walls of residential buildings or garages (improvement of urban space). Graffiti is art of self-expression and of painting your own self. Graffiti can be a kind of art.
But when graffiti consists stupid phrases, creates a negative atmosphere so it should be banned. Graffiti on the administrative buildings or monuments (damage of private property) is vandalism.
I really like what you wrote and fully support your opinion. As in any other sphere, a person must understand that he can Express his feelings as long as he does not harm others and does not spoil other people's things!
DeleteWe can divide graffiti on two different types. The first type is tagging. The followers of the tagging are usually teenagers. They just leave their names or other symbols on the someone's house. Imagine how people feel when they clean their houses or garages from the ugly letters. But the second type of graffiti is completely different. I can say that is a true art. People spend a lot of time to create beautiful painting on someone's wall. And the results are amazing. But some people dislike even that art on their walls. We have a decision. We can make a public area with white walls special for graffiti. That will give freedom to the street artists
ReplyDeleteIt's no secret that graffiti has become one of the elements of urban culture. Graffiti is one of the types of self-expression of street artists. I can't give a specific answer, whether it's good or bad. Everyone has the right to express their emotions in their own way. Some people think that this is an unusual art, and some people think that this is a type of vandalism. I believe that there are special places for each talent. No one dances in restaurants, because there are choreographic halls for this. No one sings in a Museum, even if the person has an amazing voice. The same is true with graffiti, if you write stunning pictures on the walls of a theater or museum, it is not a manifestation of emotions, but simply a manifestation of bad manners! I am very positive if the work is done with talent, does not have any aggression or offensive words and is performed in acceptable places. I always look at high-quality works with interest and pleasure.

DeleteNow on the streets of the world you can meet not only musicians and singers, but even dancers. This is also art! Therefore, I believe that graffiti can be written wherever the soul creates. Even bad inscriptions hide a great deal of truth.
ReplyDeleteI think graffiti should not be banned. Yes there is a lot of graffiti in unnecessary places and a lot of indecent graffiti that spoil houses and people's mood. However, such graffiti is usually removed if it is done in a public place, such as an underpass. BUT there are very beautiful graffiti, looking at which people get incredible emotions, take pictures with them and share this with friends. As a result, we come to the conclusion that if graffiti is banned, then writers will continue to draw it, it won’t stop because it has already become a part of the culture and you like it or not, you can’t do anything about it.

If it is done by really talented people, a picture can be a work of art.It would be good, if we can have special places for graffiti.In addition, some graffiti artists want to be heard, and they try to explain something to the people. DeleteYes, you're right. Often it promotes alcohol, crime and drugs. And every kid looking at graffiti is interested in it's sense. For example, when I was 6, I didn't understand, what's illustrated on graffiti and thought that it's a kind picture, haha

ReplyDeleteIt can make fences, houses and other places beautiful. Some graffity is vey colourful and when people at them them become happier. It is imortant graffiti to be legal and not banned become it is means that artists artists can express thair feelings and show them to the public. And moreover graffity makes cities more attractive. I am for graffity.
Well, but not every graffiti is beautiful. I'm agree, that it can make city more beautiful, but if it's a professional painted graffiti... If it's not, it makes city uglier...
DeleteI think graffiti is not an art as painters are doing terrible things. They draw their strange pictures on building, sights... It's a kind of vandalism. Graffities are everywhere and honestly, I'm bored. It's ugly and very often without any sense. Only a picture or a sign... I don't support this kind of painters and I think, that governments of all countries should build special graffiti wall to painters could paint their masterpieces.
